WHAT IS LOTERIA?. LOTERIA is Mexican bingo, but it is played differently than American Bingo. LOTERIA is played with pictures instead of letter/number combinations. In the game of LOTERIA, a riddle is called out as a clue, and you must figure out the picture that goes with it to cover the space on your card. In fact, the first card he created depicted his wife, and after posting it on social media, the response inspired Ponce to create an entire set of cards for the board game.
